Oh Jamie, he is such a cute little guy!! That picture is hilarious! To add a background... when you log in to blogger go to layout, then go to pick new template and it will give you their basic ones. Or you can go somewhere like thecutestblogontheblock.com, backgrounds, choose your background copy the HTML code. Go back to blogger and into layout again. Add a gadget, it gives you options as to what kind, scroll down to HTML/JavaScript. Paste the HTML code and then save it. Good luck, hopefully that helps!
